When it comes to school whether if its middle school, Highschool, or college the number 1 thing everyone wants to do is make it out successfully. So why do many many college students 67%, in fact, fail to do so? Some reasons college students fail to graduate is they may not know what direction they are taking in life or they don’t know what their strong suit is. Other reasons may be obvious like cost or just not fitting in, or failing classes some don’t even go to class. In my opinion, college isn’t for everybody to buy everybody can make college for them if they are determined enough, but then again there are other routes people can take in life. Other questions that may be worth asking is when students go into college are they prepared for the task ahead of them? more often than not the answer is no. Students are unprepared for college or shall I say the work they have to do.  procrastination is something many students even myself fall victim to. When it comes to doing other stuff like hanging with your friends partying often comes first when it shouldn’t. Then again you’re supposed to have fun in college but not too much to the point where it affects your work. Family is another reason that may cause students to drop out wether if its cause their homesick or if a family member is ill and needs assistance. In my opinion money and the lack of desire may be the two main reasons so many college students fail to graduate whether it be they think the experience isn’t good enough for the amount of money they paid or their parents simply can't pay for it depending on what college it is. Lack of desire for college is a very common some students go into college not knowing what they want at all. Some students go to college just to go then they drop out, others realize its better routes for them in life, college experience may be too much for them or they simply just don’t want to anymore college isn’t for everybody but the lack of desire money, opportunity and preparation is why students fail to graduate.
